Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 2026. DungeonMind respects your privacy and is transparent about what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What We Collect

When you create an account we store the email address you provide and a display name of your choosing. During gameplay we store your character sheets, session logs, dialogue history, dice rolls, and campaign progress — this data is necessary to maintain your game state between sessions. We do not collect real names, billing addresses, phone numbers, or location data.

How We Use It

Account data authenticates you and lets us associate your campaigns and characters with your profile. Game data powers the LLM Dungeon Master — the session history, NPC memory, and world state are fed to the model so it can maintain coherent storytelling across sessions. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share anonymised, aggregated statistics for operational analysis.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies. You can clear it at any time by signing out.

Data Retention

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is erased within thirty days. Session logs used to train or fine-tune models are stripped of personally identifiable information before any processing occurs.

Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
